Simpson, as a diesel generator OEM of MTU, not only focuses on hardware configuration with high-end brand, but also pays more attention to the improvement of the soft skills like technical and service. It forms long-term and important activities to exchange the technical issues with the MTU engineers irregularly. Two types of the activities are available, Simpson sends staff to MTU to get trained, the engineers from MUT are welcome to our company.

In June, the MTU again came to our company for three-day technical exchange& on-site training. They provided special professional technical training to the staff of our technical dept. and after-service dept. separately. Through this activity, it greatly enriched our understanding of MTU generator, further improved our operation and maintenance skills of the MUT generator and finally enhanced our company’s integration skills of after-service.
