Noise Level Control

发布时间:2016-02-02

A diesel genset will generate about 95-110dB(A) mechanical noise when running in open area condition. The noise may cause certain damages to the surroundings if none of noise reduction measures taken in place.  The noise level must be controlled to protect and improve the environment quality and should comply with the national standard GB12348-90, day 60dB(A)/night 50dB(A) of class II for residential, commercial, business central areas, day 65dB(A)/ night 55dB(A) of class Ⅲ for industry area.

The noise in the generator room can be mitigated by applying the efficient sound-absorbing materials and devices built per modern industrial standardupon areas likethe air inlet/outlet, interior wall, exhaust tunnel and the generator set mechanical vibration isolation. It will satisfy the ventilation requirements without compromisinggenset output power and it will comply with the national standard for noise control. Through years of engineering effort we have established a unique engineering specification to have the generator operation noise under control and meet the technical requirements of all type generator room specified.
